Shipping policy

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding Holidays.  Orders typically ship within two to five business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard flat rate shipping cost will be visible during the checkout process.  Once your order is fulfilled, typical delivery time is five to seven business days, depending on location.  Polos may take up to ten business days.

Upon shipping, you'll receive an email containing tracking information within 24-48 hours. Once the carrier takes possession of the shipment, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.

In the event that a package is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address, a $10 reshipment fee will apply. Our customer service team will notify you of the return, confirm the correct shipping address and invoice the reshipment fee. Payments can be made through the original payment method.
